Dinesh is a coach for personal transformation and is passionate about Integrative wellness. He is a co-founder of Global Integrative Wellness Network. He is accomplished in strategy execution by aligning it with culture and structure. He has helped several enterprise-wide cultural/structural change initiatives successfully. He holds an MS, MBA, SCPM, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
After working as Director of Productivity/Quality at Beckman-Coulter, he left to work in the U.S and in fifteen other countries, acquiring a global skill set and working with leading organizations like American Express, Cisco, Eicher-Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Harley-Davidson, Larsen & Toubro, Oracle, Port of Singapore Authority, and Tata Group. He has led many workshops in Transformational Leadership, with business leaders around the globe. One such gathering in Dharamshala with HH Dalai Lama resulted in a book entitled What is True Wealth and how do we create it?, that he co-edited. He is a contributing author to Learning Organizations: Developing Cultures for Tomorrow's Workplace and Community Building: Renewing Spirit and Learning in Business. He is currently writing a Book called Integrative Wellness in the time of Exponential Change.
