His expertise is in working with leaders to identify and address strategic capability and execution gaps while developing top talent to deliver on a company’s vision for the long term.

In his career, Ranu has built several high-performing global teams and programs that have delivered over tens of millions of dollars in increased sales, productivity, and efficiency to organizations. He serves on several global advisory boards and was recently appointed the P&G Alumni Network Global Membership Chair.

Ranu is an expert and sought-after speaker on gender diversity, leading for innovation and working with Millennials. He has presented all over the world including at Stanford Graduate School of Business, International Gender Diversity Conferences, and is a highly rated facilitator.

He is an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, a Stanford GSB LEAD alumni, certified to run the INSEAD Leadership Simulation, DiG, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
